4th of July

We had a great 4th! My parents and sister came up for the weekend and we spent a lot of time outside: playing badminton, playing Polish horseshoes, watching Miriam swim in her pool, and relaxing. We grilled out the evening of the 4th and topped off the evening with root beer floats. It was a perfect summer evening! My mom, sister, Matt and I all went down to watch the fireworks. We managed to find a better spot this year than last year (where we got caught in the automatic sprinklers and stared at a street light the whole time...) and even played some "500" before they started.
